For those who have not yet logged in, the recommended process when logging in for the first time is outlined below:
Clients should log in using the URL cirstatements.com. It is recommended they clear their cahce and remove old bookmarks directing to this URL before beginning the new login process.
Log in with the username and password used to access the Albridge system previously. Screens will direct you through a new login and authentication process.
Once the authentication process has been completed, you will be prompted to log in with your email address as the user ID. The URL for all users at this point should begin with login.woveplatform.com.

If an error indicates you are locked out of the new system, try again by entering your email address in the user ID field, along with your password, or select the Forgot Password option if not known. Make sure the URL begins with login.woveplatform.com.
Going forward, you will always be required to authenticate using two-step verification.
